Cuban Ambassador meets new Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education of Jamaica

During the meeting, held at the headquarters of the Jamaican MOE, both parties exchanged views on the work that the Cuban specialists are carrying out in various centers of the Jamaican educational system. Likewise, the Cuban diplomat spoke about two important international events which will be held in Cuba in February 2013, to wit, Pedagogía 2013 and the First Meeting of Education Ministers of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
The aforementioned Educational Brigade consists of 47 Cuban teachers assigned to Jamaican schools of primary, secondary and tertiary levels of education.
